Service agreement

By booking a service with Junk Nurse LLC, you agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all junk removal, cleanout, and hauling services provided by Junk Nurse LLC in the Aurora, IL area.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are based on the volume and type of items described at the time of booking. Final pricing is confirmed on-site before any work begins. You are never obligated to proceed if the on-site quote differs from your expectation. We do not charge hidden fees.

Scheduling and cancellations

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We will always contact you before your appointment to confirm arrival time.

Items we cannot accept

We cannot accept hazardous materials including paint, chemicals, solvents, asbestos, medical waste, or other regulated materials. A full list is available on our Services page.

Property

We carry $1 million in general liability insurance. We take care to protect your property during every job. Any damage caused by our crew will be addressed promptly. Please notify us of any pre-existing damage before work begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Limitation of liability

Junk Nurse LLC liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for items removed at the customer’s direction that were later found to have value.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this URL.
