How do I get a junk removal quote?

Option 1: Photo quote (fastest)

Text wide-angle photos of the items or spaces you’re clearing to (630) 294-1340. We can usually give a price range within a few hours, often faster during business hours.

Best photos for accurate quotes:

• Wide shots that show the full room or pile
• Multiple angles for larger volumes
• Close-ups only for special items (refrigerators, pianos, large furniture) so we can see condition
• Plus a brief description: which town, what type of items, any access constraints

Option 2: Phone estimate

Call (630) 294-1340 during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7am–7pm). Describe what you’re clearing — rooms, item types, special items, access. We give you a price range based on what you describe.

Phone estimates work well for jobs you can describe in detail: “a 2-car garage with about half full of stuff, including a riding mower, an old couch, and 10–15 boxes.” They’re less accurate for “basement full of stuff” without specifics.

Option 3: On-site walkthrough

Best for larger jobs — estate cleanouts, hoarding cleanouts, whole-house clearouts, and any job over $1,000. We come out, walk every room, and give a firm written estimate. Usually free; no trip charge. For most residential jobs in Aurora, we can do the walkthrough and the actual work in the same visit if you’re ready to go.

The firm quote step

Photo and phone estimates are ranges. The firm quote always happens at the on-site walkthrough, immediately before any work begins. We walk the spaces, confirm what goes, identify any special-handling items, and give you a written number. That number is the price you pay — no surprises at the end.

What if I decline the quote?

You owe us nothing. No trip charge, no estimate fee, no “showed up” minimum. We’d rather you decline than feel pressured into a job that doesn’t make sense for you.

What information speeds up the quote

• Your address (or at least the town — Aurora, Naperville, Batavia, etc.)
• What rooms or spaces are being cleared
• Any large or unusual items (pianos, hot tubs, sheds, gun safes)
• Any appliances needing refrigerant recovery (refrigerators, freezers, AC units)
• Stairs and access details (basement, second-floor walkup, narrow doorways)
• Your timing — same-day, this week, flexible
