Standard Quote Validity

Written quotes are typically valid for 30 days. If scheduling extends beyond that, we may re-confirm pricing if disposal costs or fuel costs have changed significantly.

Changes to Scope

If scope changes during the job (more items than originally walked through, additional services), pricing adjusts. Standard process:

• Crew lead identifies the change
• You confirm whether to proceed with additional work
• Adjusted pricing communicated
• Final invoice reflects actual scope

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled work may incur a trip fee if crew has been dispatched. Earlier cancellation is typically no-charge. Specifics in the quote.
