Fox Chase / Estates of Fox Chase runs east of Orchard Road, north of Mill Road (1993-2021 by Shore Development). Ashcroft Place is 2002-2025 build. Downtown Hudson Crossing on Washington Street is 280 luxury apartments plus retail along the Fox River. Route 34 is the biggest commercial corridor in Kendall County.

Kendall County has no permanent household hazardous waste facility — residents must route paints and chemicals to the DuPage County HHW in Naperville. There is one in-county transfer station, Groot Waste Transfer Station at 811 W. John Street in Yorkville. Groot serves Oswego with an 8-year contract into the 2030s. One bulk item per week is free, but appliances cost $35 per unit for special pickup (mattresses count as bulk, appliances do not). Electronics need 24-hour advance notice curbside. Do you handle Wheatlands, Churchill Club, and Ashcroft?
Yes. All three (plus Fox Chase, Estates of Fox Chase, Prescott Mill, and the Ashcroft Place sections) are inside our regular service area. We carry $1M liability and bring a certificate of insurance to the address on request. Boulder Hill has no HOA, so no COI needed, but we still bring the paperwork if it makes the neighbor happy.
Kendall County has no HHW facility. How does that affect me?
For paints, chemicals, and pesticides you'd normally drop off, the nearest permanent site is the DuPage County HHW at 156 Fort Hill Drive in Naperville (Sat/Sun 9-2, free to any IL resident). We route these separately when you have them in the load, so you don't have to make a Saturday trip.
